Did anyone else take part in ‘WalkThisMay’ for National Walking Month?
We took part in the walking challenge for the whole month of May - Here's how it went...
It helped us by:

- Talking to colleagues that you wouldn't usually spend time with = Improving team collaboration
- Making new friends = Creating a happier work life
- Getting your steps in = Being physically healthier
- Getting fresh air = Reducing stress & anxiety levels
